HOLIDAY SHIPPING: We ship primarily with FedEx this time of year. FedEx estimates it will take 5-6 business days to reach the West Coast, 4 to reach the Rockies, 3 to reach the Midwest and the South, 2 to reach certain parts of the Northeast, and 1 to reach NYC and New England. We usually ship within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your order, and we recommend adding a day or more to FedEx’s estimates because sometimes the packages take a little extra time to reach their destination. Please contact us through our contact page with any questions! 

ShippingFor the Contiguous United States, or the lower 48 States: Standard Ground Shipping is free for orders $100 or more. We have a flat rate of $10 for packages with less than $100. We ship using UPS and FedEx, and all items will be insured. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We try to ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. We will send an email via FedEx or UPS with your tracking information when we ship. If you do not receive such an email, please feel free to contact us. Once we have shipped, any address changes need to be made by the buyer contacting the courier.

For shipping outside of the Contiguous United States and Expedited Shipping: We charge for the extra cost of shipping outside the Contiguous United States. We are not able to cover international duties or taxes. We also charge for the extra cost of expedited shipping. Please contact us before you make a purchase so that we can give you a quote for shipping. We will need the country to which you would like it shipped and what it is you would like to purchase.

Once items have shipped: We will send an email through the courier’s service with your tracking information. If you do not receive such information within two business days of placing your order, please contact us. Once we have shipped, any address changes need to be made by the buyer contacting the courier. If the courier needs to make several delivery attempts, as may be the case with a required signature or collection of fees for international delivery, and then must return the package to us, we cannot refund any damaged items or the shipping costs. We leave it to the buyer to contact the courier to ensure successful delivery if there is a special case.

For damaged items: We are pleased to say that damage in transit is a rare occurrence, but if the product does arrive damaged, please save all packing materials and damaged pieces, as required by UPS and FedEx, and contact us immediately with a photograph of the damage. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible within 5 days of the delivery date. For this reason, we recommend opening deliveries immediately.

For returns: We like to keep returns to a minimum when possible as these are fragile pieces that should be shipped as few times as possible, but we know that some returns are unavoidable. Provided you make sure the product returns to us safely, undamaged, and in its original form within 10 business days of the delivery date. We will refund you the product’s total amount to the credit card used for the original transaction. We would appreciate being notified about your return either by email, our contact page, or phone so that we know it is on its way. We cannot accept returns for Cachepots and Planters into which you have requested a hole be drilled.

Return shipping: We ask that the buyer be responsible for shipping the item that is being returned. For your own security, we ask that you pack the item well, insure the contents, and ship using UPS or FedEx, keeping their receipt. We recommend you have them pack it for you. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit while being returned to us.

For exchanges: If you would like to make an exchange, please follow the steps for making a return. The new purchase can be made whenever you would like, provided the items are returned to us within 10 days in their original condition. 

Gifts: If you send an item as a gift, we can include a note written by you with the package at no extra charge. Just leave the exact wording you would like in the comments box during checkout. We can also gift wrap the package, but there is a $4 charge per gift wrapped that will be applied to your card after purchase. If you would like us to gift wrap the piece and accept the charge, please indicate so in the comments box during checkout. Some items are too large for gift wrapping.
