Deruta Raffaellesco 10″ Large Rooster Pitcher
This ceramic rooster pitcher was handcrafted and painted by Ceramiche Sberna in Deruta, Italy. The Raffaellesco pattern first appeared there in the late 16th century. It brings good fortune because of a 15th-century legend in which crowing roosters alerted Giuliano de Medici to hired assassins approaching.
This rooster pitcher is dishwasher safe. It is safe to use for beverages. It also makes a lovely vase!
This Rooster Pitcher is 10″ in height. It can hold 46 oz. Measurements are approximate.
