Ricco Deruta Butter Dish
Dating back to the sixteenth century, the Ricco design is heavily influenced by the frescoes of Renaissance artist Pietro Perugino. He was the mentor of Raphael, and their work inspired the patterns of Deruta ceramics that date back to the sixteenth century. This ceramic butter dish was handcrafted and painted by the artists Sberna in Deruta, Italy.
The Ricco Deruta Butter Dish is 4″ in height and 9” in length. The butter section on the tray is 4.5″ in length and 2.5″ in width. Measurements are approximate.
