Deruta Ricco Mediterraneo 15X11″ Scalloped Oval Serving Platter

This platter is the perfect size for use as a serving dish, and it was beautifully hand-painted in the region of Umbria, in the town of Deruta that is known best for its beautiful ceramics. We named this line of Ricco for the Mediterraneo because the vibrant and inviting colors remind us of those found near the Mediterranean Sea. The burgundy, especially, calls to mind the walls of bougainvillea down the coast of Southern Italy. The turquoise or teal is a tribute to the crystal clear water of the Sea.
